The Little Girl Who Was Forgotten By Absolutely Everyone (Even The Postman)
Some Notes: 1. It's just over 8 minutes long. Get comfy. 2. It's way graphic intensive. It loads suprisingly quickly, but if your computer has a slower processor, it might jerk a bit on transitions and fading scenes. If it lags too much, right click the movie and lower the quality. That should make it run faster (though it won't look as nice) 3. It's not perfect, and there are some more bugs that happened in my attempt to fix the problem that was keeping it from publishing. Mostly, the subtitles get ever-so-slightly out-of-sync with the narration near the end. 4. It's not exactly action-packed. So... Get comfy. **ADDED 08-06-05** Some questions answered: Q. Is this about your childhood? A. Nope. But we've all felt lonely at one time or another, right? Q. Did you write the story? A. Yep. Q. Was this inspired by Lemony Snicket or something similar? A. Noooooo. Lemony Snicket is dandy and all that, but I would never knowingly copy someone else's style. Q. How long did it take you to do this? A. About a month, minus time required for my day job. Q. Where did you get the music? What are the song titles? A. The music is by Kevin MacLeod, who provides some amazing royalty-free tunes on his site at [link] The titles in order according to their ID3 tags are: Ghost Processional, Fairy Tale Waltz, Moody, and Teeny Empty Urns (might be called "Mysterioso March" on the site?). These are all credited at the end of the movie, though it goes by somewhat quickly (sorry 'bout that. I'll fix that one of these days). |

Love is fed by the imagination, by which we become wiser than we know, better than we feel, nobler than we are: by which we can see Life as a whole ... Only what is fine can feed ... Love. But anything will feed hate.
